The steps to enroll in the online order program and have your contacts shipped directly to you are very simple:
- Go to www.yourlens.com/optimaoptometry
- Create a LOGIN ID and PASSWORD
- Select the type of contacts wished to be purchase
- Enter in correct contact lenses prescription for both eyes
- Enter in payment and shipping information
- Submit order
You will receive a confirmation email that will include:
- Yourlens.com registration notification which includes their password
- Order receipt notification
- Contact lens prescription expiration notification
